1. Nature of the Promotion
This activation is a commercial promotion, not a contest. Every card hides a winning offer. When a user reveals a card, they uncover an offer that provides the opportunity to receive a complimentary gift with purchase, subject to a qualifying spend threshold. There are no losing outcomes.

2. No Obligation to Purchase
Revealing an offer does not obligate users to make a purchase. Users may freely choose whether or not to redeem the revealed offer.

3. Gift With Purchase
Each revealed offer corresponds to a minimum spend threshold in a single order. Upon reaching that threshold, users will receive the associated Jo Malone London gift.

4. Redemption Conditions

• Each offer must be redeemed during the promotion period (4–20 December 2025).


• Only one offer may be used per order.


• The qualifying spend must be achieved in a single transaction.


• Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative products, and are non-transferable.


• Complimentary gifts cannot be applied to past purchases.


• In case of order cancellation or refund, the complimentary gift must be returned unused and in its original condition.
